FABRIZIO Banquet Hall – Maria + Ricardo – Las Vegas Wedding Videographers
This is a story of a couple that had met in Villanueva, Zacatecas. Maria, being a RN in a surgery center, and Ricardo being a Massage Therapist pursuing his degree in Construction Management at UNLV, met over the summer here at a remote ranch. As fate would have it, vacation took place for Maria in 2007, which happened to be where Ricardo was spending the same summer!
“There was an annual festival taking place and I remember catching a glimpse of Ricardo and thinking he was cute” Said Maria. Ricardo on the other hand, had spotted Maria days before as he was driving around. Little did they know that they shared a mutual friend and that is where history began! The two were to be finally introduced where they later found out they both lived in Las Vegas, NV.
“Our official date occurred in Las Vegas a few weeks after Ricardo had come back from Mexico and school began.” Said Maria. They had exchanged phone numbers while on their vacation as Ricardo would be staying a little longer than Maria. This is when they had decided to meet back up in Las Vegas. “We decided to go ice skating inside Fiesta Casino and little did I know, Ricardo turned out to be the worst ice skater ever!” Laughed Maria.
The most memorable part of their wedding was the first time they saw each other at church. “I was just so extremely excited, but then that moment came when I had stepped into the church and seen Ricardo, all my emotions just began to flow out as I began to cry with tears of joy.”
When it came to their favorite details from their special day, the first was how a lot of family and friends surprised them from coming out of state and from out of the country to their wedding! Second was the ceremony in the church, “The fathers sermon was so personal to us as he gave us a lot of advice” said the couple. Which brings us to third detail being Ricardo’s surprising garter toss dance where he came out looking like an 80’s Hair-Metal Rocker!
Maria and Ricardo would also like to share some words of advice to future newly weds. “Do not stress over the details, it is actually crazy how on the day of your wedding, you just don’t care about anything else other than marrying the love of your life!”

The most important thing that our couple learned was “The union of the both of us and being able to share this moment with the important people in our lives!” Said the happy couple. They had feared that many of their guests would not be able to attend, as most of them were from out of town. But, they made the impossible possible and came from afar to share and bare witness to their special day.
