Memory Lane Video, Las Vegas Wedding Videographers, is always extremely flattered when an industry professional asks us to film their wedding. When Lauren, who is an event planner, approached us to film her wedding, we were extremely pleased and were ready and willing to comply. Her husband Dragos is no stranger to the event world himself, as he is employed in the wholesale catering business. This would explain how the two met, as they both worked together in the event industry. The couple both share similar interests such shopping, fine dining, and a passion for champagne. In fact, their friends teased them about how perfect they would be for each other.
As years passed, and the couple talked with each other through breakups, career challenges, and other important life moments together, their love naturally began to blossom. They quickly escalated into boyfriend/girlfriend and moved in together. Dragos proposed to Lauren on New Year’s Eve, at the Grand Opening of Rose Rabbit Lie. As the couple counted down to the stroke of Midnight, Dragos placed a beautiful rose gold ring in Lauren’s champagne glass. Super romantic and the rest is history.
Fast forward to their wedding day, the couple recalled some of their favorite and memorable moments. The couple’s wedding was definitely a fun fun fun affair. They each loved the moment of their “first look” and how happy their child Baily seemed during the event. Being surrounded at the Ghost Bar at the Palms Casino & Resort, where they held their ceremony on the stunning patio, surrounded by their family & friends, as they all shared the union of the beautiful couple. The 360 degree panoramic view from the Ghost Bar are truly spectacular! The couple took it all in and enjoyed every moment of their union.
The vendors the couple had chosen to capture and participate at their affair, each hold a special place in their hearts. Ron Miller, of Light Studio Photography and Megan Payne, of Makeup in the 702 have been dear friends of the couple for several years. Lauren chose Memory Lane Video because she was extremely familiar with our work. Lauren shared, “Memory Lane does AMAZING work, and we know they would capture the day perfectly for us to enjoy forever!”
