Tao Beach – Knot.com + Simply Weddings
The Knot welcomed all Wedding MBA attendees to “A Night to Celebrate” on October 2, 2012. The Knot teamed up with Simply Weddings by Brit Bertino in order to coordinate one of their biggest events of the year! This event exceeded every attendees expectation, which is exactly what Brit Bertino and her team at Simply Weddings planned to accomplish. Taking place at Tao Beach Brit was inspired by the modern bohemian theme of the venue. Tao Beach radiated with bold oranges accompanied by delicate gold accented linens provided by Creative Coverings. The Asian-inspired theme of the event was perfect for the warm October evening.
It was important to Brit to incorporate new up incoming trends within the Wedding industry. Before entering Tao Beach, Ron Miller captured shots of guests walking the specialty red carpet provided by Dress My Walls. Throughout the night, guests munched on gourmet popcorn from Popcorn Girl, indulged in decadent chocolates from Peridot Sweets and sipped on delicious cocktails from St.Germain. LA photo booth projected pictures of attendees directly after the picture was snapped. Harry O mixed top 40’s music, while the band from Elan Artist belted out hit singles. All eyes were focused on Champagne Creative Group’s Bubble Girl, as she danced the surface of the pool. The venue was illuminated by Earth, Water, Sky’s specialty gobos and pinspots. The Naakiti Floral centerpieces were the perfect accent that boldly stood out with their bright flowers accompanied by low votives. So-Invited encapsulated the Asian-inspired theme within all the signage and stationary. The team at Memory Lane Video exquisitely documented the entire event perfectly. It was truly an incredible event. It will be extremely challenging to top next year!
