David is self employed and an entrepreneur, and works at a golf course during the high season. They both participate in worldwide volunteering work helping their neighbors enrich their lives, devoting much time and energy. This is something very important to them and they view this as their main “careers” in life.

They met almost 10 years ago at work; a small coffee chain called Starbucks;) they were just friends at work for the first 4 years but as time went on their paths crossed in other aspects of life. They started to develop feelings for each other and started spending a lot of time together. They were both still very young and had a lot to learn about life and figuring out who they were and what they wanted. So they decided to “just stay friends” for the past 5 years. They would hang out and had the same group of friends but dated other people and kept it platonic. Then last year when David decided to move to Phoenix, Danielle realized she wasn’t ready to let him go and be swooped up by another girl in AZ! So she asked him to meet her for coffee so she could tell him her feelings but then decided (i.e. chickened out) that she was just going to see how it played out and maybe tell him how she really felt after he moved…But to her surprise HE brought up the “I still have feelings” conversation and confessed “I’m still crazy about you, and have been for the past 5 years.” Danielle told him she still cared for him too and had the same feelings. They were both finally on the same page after half a decade. They started dating after 2 weeks. They dated for 8 months and then he proposed. They got married 3 months later!

The most memorable thing for Danielle was the feeling she had just prior to walking down the aisle, seeing David for the first time, and staring into his eyes while he held her hands on stage. That whole experience was a feeling she’s never known. She thought she was going to be a nervous wreck but she felt so calm and it felt so right. She was just so excited to be starting her life with her beautiful husband. She wasn’t expecting to cry but after seeing him get teary eyed it got her emotional and loved the feeling knowing she was marrying him. It was like fireworks inside!

His most memorable moment was the feeling of euphoria that set over him when he first saw the love of his life walk down the isle. And the entire time being up there on stage with her he had a feeling he had never felt before. The thing that touched him the most that day was when Carmine said, “Wherever David is, that’s where home is…” And immediately Danielle looked at David and said, “that’s true…” He felt from her that she meant it too, what an amazing feeling that was. The rest of the night was bliss too, with all the fun dancing and great times. Wow! When people ask David how was your wedding, He always says, “It was a perfect day…”

They loved the location and the reputation Bears Best had. They are known for their weddings and the view is spectacular! The couple really wanted an outdoor reception and the pavilion outside with the festoon lighting (thanks to Kevin with LED-unplugged) took their breath away! More than they could’ve imagined. Bear’s Best exceeded their expectations and the couple was so happy they had it there! Gordon, the special events coordinator, was wonderful, so helpful and easy to work with. He went out of his way to help them and they really appreciated his efforts

David’s sister Natalie Perez with Studio N Photography utilized Memory Lane Video and had worked with us before for other weddings. Memory Lane Video came HIGHLY recommended by her and when Danielle saw our work, Danielle knew they had to have us for her wedding!!!

Their loved our artistic approach and how it felt like our style was like watching a movie, so creative and unique! They both appreciated the approach and style that our company does with filming. Unlike anyone else they’ve seen!

It was a toss up between Memory Lane Video and another video production company. David had always wanted Memory Lane Video to shoot their wedding, but since it wasn’t in their budget, they tried to find something else… But nothing compared. So, they scrounged up as much as they could, making Memory Lane Video a priority for their wedding day. It was Memory Lane Video all along that they had hoped would film their wedding.

They loved that we were always there to catch the intimate and small details of their wedding day. It was so important to them. They loved that we took initiative to make their video different and unique by providing AERIAL CINEMATOGRAPHY by the lake and the formation of their bridal party to emulate a flower. “We are so excited for how the video turns out! We can’t wait!” Working with John on the day was awesome for David! He loved it, and the bridal party had a great time with John too! David’s brother, Mark, even shined John’s shoes and John let David film it! Even THAT was a fun experience, because David feels that working with John was like working with a good friend, somebody that was professional, but also personable and real.

In our day and age where visual stimulation is at an all time high, video tells a story that words or still pictures can’t. They convey reactions, emotions, and feelings that you can’t see in pictures. It is an entertaining and convenient way to share with friends and family. Memory Lane Video isn’t your average videographer. They make the storyline interesting for people that weren’t there and make them feel apart of it. It’s like going to the movies the way they express their work and create your life into a real drama! It’s an experience in itself to watch a video done by Memory Lane Video. We LOVE you guys!

The couple went to Playa del Carmen to Secrets Capri, an all-inclusive resort. Their honeymoon was amazing! They extended an extra few days because they didn’t want to leave! “The service, rooms, food, drinks and view were to die for! We felt like royalty and were given special treatment (free oceanfront/candlelit dinners, and massages) because they were on their honeymoon. If you go, say hi to Orlando for them!! The nicest server on the beach! :)”
