Canyon Gate Country Club – April + Vince – Las Vegas Wedding Videographers
April and Vince tied the knot at Canyon Gate explaining the number one reason why they chose Canyon Gate Country Club is “because of its ceremony and reception area.”
She is Reservations Agent for the MGM Resorts International and he is Pharmacy Manager.
They met one summer of 2005 in Carson City “to visit family members”, as she did every summer and it was only through one of her cousin’s at the house where she grew up, they were introduced.
For April “the most memorable thing from our wedding day was everything from walking down the aisle, standing at the altar with Vince and our two children, and seeing our closest family and friends having fun. It was a fairy tale and a dream come true.” And of course for Vince was when “we were pronounced husband and wife and our first dance when our children joined us.”
The couple explained that their venue Canyon Gate has a spectacular view of the golf course and the mountains, and when “it was sunset it made it even more beautiful.” In addition to the staff’s friendliness during a tour, the venue they chose is “very, very reasonably priced.”
Now on to their chosen videographer, Memory Lane Video, which was found online in viewing some potential venues. When they noticed a wedding at one of the venues, “we fell in love with their work the first time we saw it; we didn’t even bother looking at other videographers.” They continue, “we booked Memory Lane because of the quality of their videos, their professionalism, dedication, passion and their personalities were just awesome when we first contacted them down to our meeting.”

“We think that having a videographer at your wedding is a necessity because your wedding day goes by fast, as in a snap of a finger, that you won’t remember a whole lot that’s going on. They will catch all of the highlights of the wedding as well as the smallest things. The events that will be embedded in our memories are the major things, such as walking down the aisle, the first dance, cake cutting, but it’s also important to catch everyone’s reaction just to see the joy of it all. The newly wed couple enjoyed their honeymoon in the beautiful seaside community of Oceanside, claiming “just for a few days to get out of the city”.
