Four Seasons Hotel – Cecile + Bill
Bill and Cecile met at Club Med Playa Blanca in Mexico in early February, 1999. Her cousin, Charmaine, and Cecile were looking for some fun in the sun, away from the chilly Northeast winter. Meanwhile Bill was traveling simply looking for some rest and relaxation. Little did he know he’d meet his future wife?
Bill noticed Cecile even before they arrived to Mexico, having spotted her at the airport gate. However, he mistakenly thought the man sitting beside Cecile was her companion and hadn’t noticed that her cousin had stepped away momentarily. Finally, when the two arrived to Mexico and boarded the bus that would take them to the Club Med resort, Bill realized that Cecile’s cousin and her were on their own, enjoying a girls’ getaway. He seized the opportunity and assisted the two of them with their luggage as they made their way to their room; that just happened to be located at the top of a hill (of course).
After a wonderful vacation, the couple were both sitting side-by-side on the plane ride back to New York, which just happened to be Valentine’s Day.
“The most memorable thing for us from our wedding day was to experience the photo session prior to the ceremony. It was wonderful to spend time with family and dear friends to pose for pictures, and especially for Bill and I to simply take time together before the festivities started. Then, when I walked down the aisle on my father’s arm and saw Bill standing at the end, waiting for me, I felt like I stepped out of a dream and truly started the best day of my life.”
The couple discovered early on that The Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas was not just about business. Instead, The Four Seasons made the whole experience, from planning the big day to the actual event, memorable and incredibly personal.
Cecile came across Memory Lane Video through a wedding website and did a little research. “After watching examples of their work on the internet, we saw how the wedding memories were captured beautifully and wanted the same for our special day. We particularly admire and appreciate the professionalism of Memory Lane Video, which was noticed at the time of our very first telephone call with Ricky. This professionalism carried through to our wedding day, working with videographer John.”
