Four Seasons Weddings by Memory Lane Video

Teresa & Dre met in May 2010 when 5 of her girlfriends and her went to Vegas for the first time for a girls trip! While they were there, they had a friend (Esco) who was a local club promoter who took care of them while they were there. On the last night of their trip, the girls went to XS nightclub. Esco came by later that night and brought along some of his buddies. One of the buddies happened to be Dre. He was persuaded to come because Esco said “I have a bunch of Canadian girls in town!” And Dre had a thing for Canadians. The funniest thing is, when the guys came into the club, one of them needed to go to the restroom. So Dre waited outside and saw this beautiful girl in the red dress at a table with her girlfriends. After that, the guys wondered around looking for them. And surprise surprise!! They ended up at the table with the girl in the red dress – Teresa! What a coincidence! How lucky for Dre!! It was obviously love at first sight!  She didn’t notice him at first. He had some GUCCI looking sweater and he was sitting there all cool and collected. She had already had a few drinks so she was a little brave and just grabbed him towards her! They chatted, danced, exchanged bbm’s. The night was a blur! They left to go back home to Toronto the next day and she had this itch to message him. “There was something about him. I always say it was his “swag”, recalls Teresa. They talked for 8hrs straight and everything else is history. For 2 years they traveled back and forth, Toronto to Vegas every single month! Until she finally moved here in May, 2 months before the wedding 🙂 This time, what happened in Vegas, brought her to Vegas!

I found out about Memory Lane Video just through googling online. Because she was planning the wedding from Toronto, she was looking for wedding venues and figured a great way to see them would be on videos online. So she stumbled upon our blog and wedding videos and she couldn’t stop! In fact, she watched every single one.

Teresa recalled, “OMG I’ve never knew wedding videos were like this! I always grew up watching those boring 1 camera still shots that ran for hours. When we booked the Four Seasons, Memory Lane Video was at the top of our wedding priorities.  We loved your style! It’s truly like watching a movie. I must have cried to every single video I watched of yours. It was so romantic, passionate. You capture every moment beautifully and always had the best music to enhance the video and compliment the emotions of every couple’s story!  We didn’t even consider anyone else! Your style was just one of a kind! The way you start off with the interviews and the voice overs as other scenes were playing.  You guys made me feel very relaxed. You guys were funny! And worked hard to capture every moment and detail and every emotion we felt that day. I loved the interview because it allows us to express exactly how we feel.  You guys just rock! You’re so creative with your work. Video is an absolute must. I always hear couples say that the wedding day will be a blur and I always thought yeah right! Let me tell you, they were right! As much as I tried to prepare myself for things to run smoothly so I could enjoy every single moment, it was impossible. To be able to sit back, relax and reminisce about the wedding day on video is priceless. When I think of video, I think of preserving memories. I want it for my kids and to share with people who couldn’t be at the wedding.  The look of the Four Seasons was priority. I wanted a big room with high ceilings and a grand feel. Great food and how decor could transform the room to my vision.
“The most memorable thing was slipping into my beautiful wedding dress thinking wow, it’s here, our wedding day. Everything I had dreamed of, has finally come together. Everyone was gathered together to celebrate US. And then walking down that aisle with my dad and seeing Dre, my future husband waiting for me and knowing this was the beginning of forever!”
