Sean proposed to me in Las Vegas while celebrating with our friends and family for his 30th birthday. I planned the birthday bash for him and little did I know that I was setting up my own engagement. Once we arrived at STACK we met everyone there and were sat at our table. As we were all chatting about drinks Sean excused himself and gave me a kiss on the cheek. I heard our song come on the speakers over the entire restaurant. I saw Sean walking back to our table and when he reached me I smiled and said: “Babe, it’s our song!” Sean being the hopeless romantic that he is asked me to dance. As we danced he whispered sweet nothings into my ear. He then dropped to his knee and pulled out a ring, he asked me to be his wife and being in complete shock I busted out in laughter. I bent down and kissed him and everyone in the restaurant went nuts. I had waited for this moment for almost 10 years. Once he put the ring on I threw my arms around him and bawled my eyes out. It was the most amazing proposal and I feel so lucky that he did all of that for me.
We chose The Platinum Hotel for our wedding Ceremony and Reception because of the pricing and location. We were able to custom build our package the way we wanted it and at the price we wanted. What sold us entirely after knowing that was the rooftop that overlooked the strip. It was an incredibly stunning view and getting married at sunset was going to be beautiful.
All Night Long Entertainment provided us with a DJ who kept everyone dancing and played every song that I wanted. The DJ was accommodating with requests and asked questions to make sure what I wanted was done correctly. They also provided us with the up lighting that made our reception look so beautiful and classy.
Two things we think money was well spent on are my wedding dress and having MLV as our videographers. The wedding dress was my once in a lifetime fairytale wedding and I wanted to look and feel like a princess. On the day of my wedding that is exactly how I felt.
Our wedding was only going to happen once and though a photographer can capture moments, a video can capture things you missed being in the mix of it all. Having MLV film our wedding has allowed us to relive our wedding day. Again, you can’t put a price on that and that’s why we chose them. Their work is impeccable and they are beyond professional and nice. They are giving us that moment that flew by and we are forever grateful.
We heard about memory lane through tons of research. I looked at so many vendors in Las Vegas but no one’s work compared to MLV. They entice you with how they edit the video and they know the right music to play. They are incredibly talented and we didn’t want anyone else after watching several videos. When I watched my first trailer done by them of another bride and groom I was instantly brought to tears. That is when I knew we had to have them!
Memory Lane was very personable and caring. Making sure we were conformable in front of the camera, getting the most amazing shots and even riding in the limo with us to the Hotel and capturing some moments that people didn’t see. They made us feel like family and that matters so much to us. We are forever grateful for everyone at MLV!
