Rainbow Gardens – Richel + Tristan

Faralles
Richel is a Front Desk Clerk at The Mirage Hotel and Casino and a full-time student at Nevada State College finishing up her Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. Tristan is a Barback at Margaritaville located at Flamingo Hotel and Casino.

Tristan is best friends with Richel’s Uncle, Don, since High School. They were first introduced  through him and awkwardly it was during Richel’s grandfather’s memorial back in 1999. Tristan was 14 and Richel was 13 years old. Since then we became best of friends for the past 13 years. They officially began dating on October 8, 2008. The reason they wanted to have our wedding day on 12/8/12 is because of their Lucky 8!

It was tough for the couple to share the BEST part of their wedding because, everything that happened on their wedding day was VERY special! If they really had to choose, the most memorable moment was the ceremony. Having to walk down the aisle with both of Richel’s parents by my side, seeing her mom cry, and seeing both families watching her from left to right then seeing Tristan’s face in tears at the altar was just one of Richel’s greatest experiences. “I told myself I wouldn’t cry when walking down, but for some reason, having flashbacks about daydreaming my wedding day was more than I expected. It was more beautiful than I can ever imagine.  I couldn’t help myself but to just shed those happy tears and enjoy THAT moment! I was so blessed that I got to have all of our families there witnessing  the man I knew I was going to marry all in one place!”

Tristan’s most memorable moment would be their first dance together. When the spotlight was only focused on them, he couldn’t be more happier seeing Richel dance with him as his wife. He enjoyed how two families were combined to one and how they all got to see them dance for the first time as husband and wife. Another one would be his dance with his mom. He couldn’t help but just cry on her shoulders and thanking her for everything she has done in raising him as a mother and a father figure since he never got to see his dad because he passed away at the age of 3.

They wanted to have a beautiful wedding that looked expensive but was affordable for their budget. Rainbow Gardens had fulfilled the requirements they wanted in a wedding because it was all-inclusive. They didn’t have to plan too much as they took care of everything. Tristan chose to have their venue in their Garden room because he thought it was unique. You don’t often see a wedding reception being held in a garden on the month of December. The families also loved it there and they all thought the couple spent a small fortune. “The DJ and the staff were  awesome! It was truly a night to remember!

Richel shared, “All the videos were breath-taking. From the first moment I saw a video of someone’s wedding, I told myself I MUST have them do my wedding no matter how much it would cost. When I first told my (at the time) fiancé and our families, everyone kept saying how expensive it was to hire a videographer. After showing them many of your work, they knew how much it meant to hire Memory Lane because we only get married once in a lifetime and wanted every moment to be captured. I love how professional they were. They  took their time, they were patient, and captured every little moment of our wedding. All of our families were so impressed because they spent the whole day recording the entire wedding and didn’t realize they were being recorded as well.  I think every event, whether it’s for a wedding, birthday, anniversary, and so forth should always have their own video made. And not just a traditional videographer, but to enhance every moment with cinematography. By witnessing other Memory Lane’s videos, they bring out the real quality of what a real video should be. It is worth every penny to spend our wedding savings  for Memory Lane Video! Thank you for making cinematography a great experience!
