“We initially searched and browsed various other videographer services and needed help finding one we were interested in enough to meet. We found Memory Lane as a preferred/recommended vendor through our wedding venue and realized we should have started there!

Before we had booked our initial consult, we browsed Memory Lane’s website and were impressed by the films and previews where we could see the quality of their work and product right from the start. We also really enjoyed our first meeting with John and hearing about the different services and perspectives they could offer to capture the memories of our big day!

We were very impressed with everyone’s professionalism and how flexible the Memory Lane team was. The planning process was easy with them, and we had everything laid out, so we all knew the general game plan. We had an unexpected turn of events and had to change one of our getting-ready locations at the last minute. John was quick to assure us that they had everything handled. The team members were on time, had excellent communication, and moved great with us throughout the entire day/evening. We could tell that each member was dedicated to capturing every little thing to remember your day.

There were a few other companies that we had looked at and received quotes from; however, we felt we needed to be more excited about them to move forward. Ultimately, the service we received from Memory Lane from the very beginning showed us they were not only experienced but would be dedicated to our big day just as we were. We were also glad they came recommended by our venue and were familiar with the venue grounds and layout.

At one point early on in our planning, we did consider skipping videography services and only having a photographer. When we found Memory Lane and had our initial meeting, we realized there were so many memorable moments that were going to happen that we hadn’t even thought of and that not all of them would translate well in only a photo. Memory Lane is preserving these precious memories for us and providing us with an excellent experience throughout the planning process and the event itself.
