Desiree works in the records department at a physician’s office and Daryl is an electrician, where he builds cell phone towers. How did these two meet, well for starters they have known each other for 14 years and attended the same high school and then became close friends. “We met in the summer of 99 through family.” In addition, she further continues, “it wasn’t until April of 2010, Daryl was in town and we hung out one morning. It was then I realized that we had a connection and he felt the same. We didn’t want to spend another minute apart.”
When asked the most memorable thing you can remember from your wedding day, Desiree shared “it was the ceremony, walking down the aisle and seeing Daryl waiting for me, everybody else was just kind of a blur.” In addition, Daryl added “his most memorable thing was “watching Desiree walk down the aisle,” he adds, “We hadn’t seen each other since the night before so we were both really anxious to see each other and finally become husband and wife!”
The newlyweds chose Angel Park and there were many key factors in that final decision such as, “We wanted something away from the strip and close to home. Angel Park was perfect!” She also adds, “The scenery of the ceremony location was beautiful. We loved how the reception room was floor to ceiling windows all around, making it feel really open.” Furthermore, Desiree to complimented the staff, “Andrea and Krystian are awesome! They are professional, easy to work with and they take a lot of the stress away”.
When asked how did you hear/find out about Memory Lane Video, Desiree explained, “I first found out about Memory Lane when I was researching Angel Park and there was a video clip of a wedding on their website.” She adds, “then when I went to the bridal spectacular show, I got to learn more and view some of their amazing work.” What made the newlywed couple want to book our services, was that”we both have a lot of family in Guam that were unable to attend. We wanted to be able to include them and make them feel apart of our day, with videoography were are able to accomplish that. I setup a meeting with Memory Lane, just wanting to see what they had to offer. “Ricky and Nikki, they are amazing! They made us feel so comfortable, more like friends getting together and not like a business deal. We never felt pressured or rushed. When asked about the importance of video to future clients, the newlyweds respond with “you get to go back and relive your wedding day, the day is filled with so many events…pictures, grand entrance, first dance, garter/bouquet toss, cake cutting etc.”
