Chelsea works as a legal secretary for a local law firm for a living and Charlie owns and operates a local archery shop. How did these two meet? The couple met at another archery shop Charlie used to work at back in 2011. Chelsea would go down to the shop to shoot while Charlie worked. After several months of chit-chatting and getting to know one another, Chelsea made the move and invited Charlie out for a drink on Fremont Street and the two have been dating ever since.
When the newlyweds were asked the most memorable thing they can remember from their wedding day, they cited two different events. Chelsea recalls “seeing Charlie for the first look” and overall “getting the big day started” and for Charlie he can remember “being most nervous about the first dance and not embarrassing himself.”

There were several key factors in helping to choose their venue for the wedding reception, beginning with the availability of the space since they had to change their venue last minute in June. She adds, “the imagination that could be used to create the space”. Also, “the fact that our wedding was the first wedding and of course, being able to tell people we got married between a pirate ship and a castle!

Chelsea heard and found out about Memory Lane Video, back in 2009, while at a bridal show and fell in love with our product/videos and the people that worked here. Ideally, when she got engaged, there was no question who she was going to hire.

Several factors made Chelsea want to book our services, beginning with “we love the product that Memory Lane Video produces. The quality of work is incredible and there really is not comparable product available in Vegas. She continues, “Memory Lane Video’s customer service is great and every time we had a question, Ricky would be so quick to get an answer to us! Lastly, she sums it up with “Ricky made monthly visits to her last job, there was no way she could choose anyone else! Memory Lane Video rocks! And of course Ricky is amazing and we needed to show love and support! 🙂 ) was ultimate deciding factor.”

On the day of the event, several factors were most admired about Memory Lane Video, beginning with one of our videography guys,”John was incredible! He was professional and even helped add some creative camera work with our unity ceremony!” She adds, “he also kept on top of everything during the crazy day and even reminded us that we needed to do our bouquet toss
and garter removal!”

When asked about the importance of video, Chelsea answers, “getting a video was one of the most important things for me because we’re in a month after the wedding and I don’t quite remember everything.” She continues, “I think a year, five years, twenty years down the road, it would be amazing to look back and watch our wedding day.” Furthermore, she adds, “pictures are great, but a video really lets you relive that day and it will be a great thing to show our kids and grand kids one day.

Since they just opened a business, “our honeymoon is postponed until next summer, as we plan to go and lie on a beach somewhere!”
