The proposal was quite magical. Anthony proposed to Daniela with a romantic dinner at The Eiffel Tower Restaurant at the Paris Hotel. In an attempt to be original, Anthony hired Rob Anderson an illusionist that specializes in using his magic to create unique, customized marriage proposals. Anthony believed the idea would be appropriate as everything leading up to the point of the proposal had always been big. He wanted the proposal to make an I LOVE YOU statement. He was quite nervous although everything was perfectly scheduled. He was scared of missing the reservation as time frames were tight and the mission was of great importance. Contrary to his fear, he got there on time and so did Daniela. It was Rob Anderson, the illusionist that actually came late making the evening suspenseful in a not very funny way.
“While we waited for him, I got the signal from the waiter that Rob arrived. We sat in a corner that faced the Bellagio, Rob approaches, greets us, and explains briefly that as part of the Eiffel Tower Restaurant this is one added Vegas attraction. He also goes in depth by giving spot on remarks of our Love story. For the grand finale, he lets me take over. I then get on one knee and show her the ring, everyone around us by then knows what is going on, there’s a certain pause and then she accepts. I give her a hug and kiss, we move on to desert and continue in a night of celebration.”
Daniela chose our wedding date based on numerology. It is said that to get married on a day marked by the number 8th is a good omen. A big factor was that the moon was in a favorable phase. For the year 2016, there are only two days allowing this junction that favors a union such as our marriage.
Our reception was hosted by Cili Weddings. We had certain key factors for our choice which were: availability, accommodations, staff friendliness, full turn key, wedding planner, drinks, cake, music, all inclusive. Cili made sure we had no headaches what so ever.
In Daniela’s view, money was well spent in the location as it was perfectly executed. The services provided by Memory Lane Video to capture the minute details of preserving the memory of such an important day in our lives was also money well spent. Capturing every moment was indeed of great importance to us. For Anthony, fireworks at the event sum up the optimal use of money. Fireworks express the burst of energy and love. Memory Lane & along with Canyon Ridge Photography and Cili also played a huge roll. We spent just 1,500 a minute for 3 minutes of fireworks, it was a must have and it was a true demonstration of love in my eyes. It is indeed the best invest we made.
Apart from Memory Lane, we had other vendors we gladly chose to be a part of our special day. We were happy with all vendors. To say the least, it was a perfect evening.
We actually found Memory Lane Video online, we booked an appointment with one of their representatives and we were convinced that Memory Lane knew their capabilities and reach. We also watched several of their videos and other footages, the rest became a no brainer.
On the day of the event, we admired the way the Memory Lane Team came together in order to make our video, the dedication in every take, staff looking for the best shot possible and most of all, always pleasant.
