DragonRidge Country Club – Ventzi + David – Las Vegas Wedding Videographers

David, who is Ventzi’s “handsome and amazing hubby” is a manager at Auburn Chevy in the state of Washington. Ventzi is a Pharmacy Tech.

They met in Las Vegas, on one of her hostess shifts at P.F. Chang’s. A party of four walks in and requests a table. One in the group happens to be David, who turns around and looks at her and says “seat me where all the beautiful girls are! Oh, you are right in front of me!” Ventzi didn’t think anything as she explains, “I was used to getting hit on a lot”.

“This time was different” she explains and she remembers the exact date. “He walked in on Jan 2nd 2009 with his sister n friends and I had made a new years resolution, as silly as it may sound I had said to myself I will find my future hubby this year”. Ventzi excitedly states “which came true at last! I have been picturing him walking into my life and January 2nd was the day he did at last!”

Ventzi explains in detail “every time I would walk by his table he would look at me and he would turn around to watch me walk away. I could feel him watching my every move almost. He was very cute and adorable. At the end of the night he had dropped off a card with his name, phone number, and a “call me” written on there.”

Not to bust David but his sister did his dirty work, “and gave the card to me only because he had gone to get the car from valet!”

She called him a couple of days later and “our first date was on Jan 7th at the Fashion Show mall. We were both so giddy and anxious to meet but it was all worth it in the end!” I wanted to give him a chance, I wanted to give love a chance and I had found my prince after searching for him for years. This was one of the best decisions.  I had made to meet him! We are in love and have been for 5 years almost! We are very lucky and I am the happiest girl!” Ventzi elatedly states , “our anniversary was on Jan 7th every year.”

“The most memorable part for me was walking down the aisle and looking into Dave’s eyes and just seeing his face after being away from him for 3 weeks. Our wedding day was a blast! Honestly it went by so fast and I wish I can relive this day over and over again! I had missed him dearly and couldn’t wait to be with him.” She also adds, “a very precious moment with my dad while he was holding me and that felt very special. I don’t get to hold him and walk with him like that every day!”

In addition, Ventzi adds, “I can’t leave out the traditional dances we had, where all of us grabbed each others hands and started dancing. I really didn’t think anyone would start dancing except maybe a couple of people but more joined in which was amazing!”

“A magical place with a view of Vegas”, “the bit sparkly walls” and the “cherrywood floors” were the key factors in deciding for a venue for the wedding reception.  “Dragonridge was the excellent choice for that!” Ventzi adds, “The ballroom was perfect and the view breathtaking! It was something I had never seen before.”

As far as finding Memory Lane Video, Ventzi is relieved in saying, “thank goodness it was my mom who told me about Memory Lane Video. My mom was really pushy about finding someone really good to film the wedding!. She simply said “Just give them a call and see what they offer!” She met with John!

During the in-house consultation, “we were going through videos of different couples and of course I started crying!  I wanted to be just like the brides in the videos, I wanted our video to look amazing and magical! Another factor, “the videos were perfect, the quality was amazing and I had never thought this was possible to put together such a video from the whole wedding day! I had to book Memory Lane Video that day.”

Later, she and her mother met with John  and talked about the services, the packages. “We saw so many videos, pictures…it was amazing. I knew we were hiring professionals and was confident that we would get an amazing video!”

In researching other companies, “Memory Lane Video would pop up every time as the best choice to make.” She adds, “we had gone over budget a long time ago so we wanted to find someone who would not charge a lot for filming our video, but it wasn’t really the best decision.”

The couple has no set plans for a honeymoon yet, but when asked an immediate response was, “Hahaha”. “We would love to go and spend a week at the Virgin Islands. Virgin Islands here we come! This destination has been one of our places to see and visit for a while now!”
