Emerald at QueensRidge – Hayley + Austin – Las Vegas Wedding Videographers

Austin and Hayley met through Austin’s cousin Christie in 2011 when Christie gave Austin Hayley’s number. Since Austin lived in Southern California and Hayley did not, they only way to keep in touch was through phone conversations and text messages.

Their first date was four months after the started to talk. Austin drove to Las Vegas excitedly to meet with Hayley for the first time in a long time. Austin picked her up from her house and took her to Brio at Town Square for a more casual date. When Austin arrived to Hayley’s house, and when Hayley opened her door, Austin immediately fell in love with her. It was an instant connection between the two. After their date, they did not want to leave each other therefore they stayed with each other throughout the whole weekend. Plus during that weekend, they shared their first kiss.

Two years later during 2013, Austin proposed to Hayley on Christmas morning while visiting their families in Las Vegas. Austin decided to propose on Christmas because he knew that their families would be with them. A few days before Christmas, Austin asked Hayley’s mother for her blessing and then immediately went with his mother to pick out the perfect ring for Hayley. Austin was extremely nervous when Christmas Day finally arrived. He placed the ring in a larger, multiple boxes to throw Hayley off and gave it to her as her last present. As Hayley unwrapped the box, she noticed there were more boxes inside. The boxes kept getting smaller until she came to the last box. That was when Austin took her hand and got down on one knee. Everyone in the room was surprised when Austin proposed to Hayley right in front of them. And luckily, Austin’s aunt managed to get the whole thing on video!

Their wedding day was decided because Hayley always knew that she wanted a fall wedding. Their wedding was held at Emerald at Queensridge in Las Vegas. They both agree that Emerald’s venue was the prettiest venue they have seen in all of Las Vegas. It gave them an outdoor ceremony and a beautiful indoor reception.

One moment the couple can never forget is their first dance as husband and wife. They practiced their dance routine for a few months before their wedding with help from professional dance lessons. And this dance will forever be in their bones.

Even though weddings are expensive, Austin and Hayley were “SO HAPPY” when they hired videographers from Memory Lane Video. They said it was a necessity to have a video filmed because the day goes by so quickly that you might miss things but video captures every moment. For them, hiring Memory Lane to film their wedding was money well spent.

Austin and Hayley discovered Memory Lane Video by doing extensive research for Las Vegas videographers. After watching videos from other companies and comparing them to Memory Lane, the couple knew that they had to hire Memory Lane. They felt comfortable with Memory Lane when their big day arrived. The videographers stayed out of the way and “became invisible throughout the venue” but still maintaining a level of professionalism. Austin and Hayley would like to inform other couples that a video is important for your wedding. Video allows you to relive the moment day after day and that other married couples regret not hiring a videographer.

Austin and Hayley were also pleased with the work of Ella Photography for their photos, Blossoms by Gayle for their floral arrangements, and Pastry Palace for their “excellent job” on designing their wedding cake.

In five years, Austin and Hayley hope to build their careers together in the financial industry then to travel the world and buy a home.
