“I proposed to my wife on March 4th at Kitty Hawk Hill, a hiking trail that overlooked the Golden Gate Bridge and San Francisco. She was visiting me in California and had no idea what was in store. When we woke up that morning, I was worried that the weather may not cooperate and that the proposal would be ruined. Luckily, we made it to the top of the hill and the sun was starting to shine through the clouds. As we walked towards the cliff’s edge, she took out her phone to take a picture. At that moment, I took a step back, went down on one knee, pulled out the ring from my jacket pocket, and tapped on her shoulder. No sooner had the words “Will you marry me?” left my lips, than she said “Yes” and we hugged and kissed.”
The couple was asked why they chose the venue that they did and they answered, “Both of us had only been to one wedding before ours, and from that experience, we knew that planning a wedding is a LOT of work. As we browsed venues online and in person, we soon realized we needed a venue that not only would “wow” our guests, and us but also would work with us to make our wedding day go smoothly and without a hitch. That is exactly what happened at the JW Marriott. We couldn’t have asked for better help and support from all involved.”
Money is valuable and where it is spent is always chosen wisely. We asked the couple what they think was money well spent on their wedding day. They answered, “Danielle absolutely loved the work Naakiti Floral Design did from the table centerpieces to the rose petals as she walked down the aisle. Robert loved the dance lessons we both took to make our wedding perfect and a nice surprise for our guests.”
A variety of vendors make up the beautiful weddings that we see but we wanted to know what vendor the couple was exceptionally happy with overall. They said, “We couldn’t have been more pleased with each vendor that helped make our day one we’ll never forget. The videographers from Memory Lane were patient and even helped the groom put his cufflinks on. Chiemi Photography set us up with the perfect backgrounds and poses that made our photos unbelievable. Naakiti Floral Design decorated the ceremony at the Garden Gazebo and the reception at the Marbella with the class and style that we wanted.”
We wanted to know why the couple chose to book us for their wedding day and what they loved about our company the day of.
