JW MARRIOTT – Riana + Matt – Las Vegas Wedding Videographers
Riana & Matt are both in the Marketing & Advertising field, Matt is a Production Manager and Riana is an Account Manager.
The couple met each other playing softball, his team was short a girl so Riana filled in for them. After the games they hung out at one of the guy’s houses and got to chatting.
The most memorable moments for the wedding. “I couldn’t stop smiling! There was such energy in the air. Also, I was really calm the whole day, which was a little surprising, i thought i would at least be a little nervous.” Riana recalled.
Matt shared, “The first time I saw my beautiful bride come from behind the gate and when I broke the Cake Knife.”
The couple got married at the JW Marriott in Las Vegas. “The Marriott is a gorgeous property, and it was a plus to us that it was off-strip. For the reception at the Edge, we loved that it was a unique venue. The dance floor was a bit separated from the tables, the bars were really nice; it was just a really cool place with a fun feel, which is what we were going for. Light-hearted, fun, fairly non-traditional. Matt’s answer: their overall convenience, amazing grounds and realistic prices.”
“We chose Memory Lane Video b/c the example videos were AMAZING. I’ve worked with production teams previously, and the feel and quality (along with the creative ideas and angles) fascinated me. I forgot they were there. They were never in the way, never blocking views; even guests commented that they weren’t intrusive or anything. Very friendly guys. I really liked that you edit everything down to the important parts. I feel much more likely to actually watch the video in the future, rather than having one loonnnnng video of the whole ceremony and reception. Also, the day was such a whirlwind for us that I KNOW there were things that we had missed, so it is beneficial to have another body (or two) 🙂 filming what we aren’t seeing.”
The couple went to Riviera Maya in Mexico and stayed at the Secrets Capri.
Memory Lane Video would like to thank both Riana & Matt for they were a pleasure to work with. They were so hands off, completely trusted us to do what we needed to do, and were super nice and easy to work with. We loved that they were so in to cinematography, it only made it that much easier for us to create a stunning product for them.
