Facilities and Capacity
JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort & Spa offers 10 different spaces with indoor, uncovered outdoor, and covered outdoor options to choose from. The ballroom and hotel can accommodate anywhere from 20 to 800 wedding guests. The wedding party can utilize the get-ready rooms to relax in before the festivities begin. After the celebration is over, loved ones can retire to the overnight rooms. WiFi is available throughout the resort, as is ample parking. Shuttle and valet services can be provided.
Services Offered
To begin the planning process, JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort & Spa is happy to offer event planning services. They can assist with the decision-making throughout the process so everything goes as seamlessly as possible. The facility is ideal for hosting many wedding events, such as a ceremony, reception, rehearsal dinner, bridal shower, or engagement party. They even provide all-inclusive packages as well. The on-site staff is happy to provide setup and cleanup services, as well as lighting and sound equipment rentals. Outside vendors are welcome on the property. The hotel can offer a variety of event items.
Hanna + Casey
Hanna & Casey came as a recommendation to us by the JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort & Spa. The couple had chosen their vendors based on Marriott’s preferred vendor list and were impressed and knew each vendor would be an ideal fit for their wedding. Although Hanna initially had her doubts about the need for video, she quickly came to the conclusion that it was an absolute necessity. She shared this with us: “ Initially I had doubts about needing a wedding video, I don’t like watching myself on camera, but my mom insisted and talking to Memory Lane they were so invested in telling our story it made me feel like there could be no way I would regret it.“
Looking back on the day of the wedding Hanna had these thoughts to share with the readers of this post, “I admired their (Memory Lane) professionalism and overall “stealth-ness”, they jumped in and you barely noticed their (MLV) presence but they were there getting all the good moments. I was worried I would see cameras and not my guests, or they would clash with the photographer, but they were so seamlessly integrated into our day. I would say that videos are a unique way to remember the event, they capture the fluidity of the day that was such a blur to me. Being able to see the detail and watch and listen to our vows, is really special.“
