Rich and Jessica meet through the website of Match.com. Jessica believed that she was the one who first reached out to Rich on the website. However, Rich argues that he messaged her first months before she messaged him, but his message was lost in the sea of messages from other males that also messaged Jessica. But over time, it did not matter who started to talk to who first, because in the end they began to talk and eventually fell in love.

On their first date, the two met at the Yardhouse restaurant. Jessica, as it seems to run in her family, was late to their first date. However that did not ruin the mood as their had a wonderful times eating dinner together and then later continued their date at a wine bar. Even after they separated for the night, they continued to keep talking throughout the night.

On Memorial Day, the couple went on a hike on the Pine Creek Trail at the Red Rock Canyon along with their dogs. There was no dull moment while on the hike as they saw frogs at the creek to teasing their dogs who lagged behind. While walking back on the trail, they decided to take a rest for a while and once Jessica was ready to continue with their hike, Rich had another idea. Jessica stood up while Rich stayed behind her on one knee. It did not take long for Jessica to sense Rich was not with her, therefore she turned around and saw Rich on one knee with a ring and their dogs by his side. It took a minute for Jessica to realize what Rich was doing. From confusion to realization, Jessica started to cry tears of joy. Jessica did not hesitate to say ‘yes’ as she cut Rich off before he could even ask her to marry him!

Rich and Jessica decided to hold their wedding on October 24th, a time where Las Vegas is neither too cold or too hot. With the Autumn season in the air, it made everyone calm and comfortable.

When planning a wedding, it may be a chaotic time from choosing where the wedding will be held. Originally, they chose a venue but unfortunately that venue did not pull through and at last minute, Rich and Jessica had to go on the hunt again for another venue. Then the MEET Las Vegas venue came and saved the day! Its location was perfect, it was right next to the Las Vegas Strip where majority of the bars and hotels are. In addition, with the MEET venue, it was a blank slate where the couple could customize the venue however they wanted to in order to make it their own, untraditional wedding.

Their most memorable moment from their wedding day was all the dancing! From their dance lessons prior to the wedding to their first dance together as husband and wife and to dancing the night away with their loved ones.

According to Jessica, the couple does not regret spending the extra money for the day-of wedding planner. The planner handled everything and helped relieve majority of the stress throughout the day. She was even a major help the night before when an outdoor concert was having loud sound check and she asked them to stop their sound check in order for everyone to stay calm and eventually sleep. For Rich, the best way they spent their money was on that food trucks that they ordered. He ordered these food truck because he believes that “most weddings have terrible food”. With this thought in mind, he wanted his guests to not only have fun at their wedding but also to eat well also.

Rich and Jessica found out about Memory Lane Video through online reviews when they were planning their wedding. In the end, they booked with Memory Lane after seeing how professional and dedicated the company is to the quality of their wedding videos. Rich and Jessica wanted to have a long lasting video that they would be proud of and that is exactly what they got!

On the day of the wedding, the couple admired Memory Lane on how the videographers included family and friends in the video to celebrate Rich and Jessica’s special day. They appreciate how Memory Lane interviewed family and how the videographers were able to capture all of the quality moments on video, even when everyone was running through Fremont Street. The couple did not hesitate or regret when booking with Memory Lane. They did not look for any other video company because they knew instantly that they were going with Memory Lane.

Before the wedding, the couple did not believe a wedding video would be necessary. They thought that since they were going to be at the wedding “why would it need to be filmed”. However, they changed their mind after seeing videos and reviews about wedding videos. Since the wedding day goes by so fast, you may not be able to see everyone or everything. With a video, it helps to relive the moments from not only the bride and groom perspective but also from the eyes of the guests for years to come.

Apart from Memory Lane Video, Rich and Jessica were extremely pleased with Studio ATG with their photos. Their photographer Trish McMillen “is a talented photographer” while at the same time having a fun, informative, and caring atmosphere around her.

For the future, Rich and Jessica will like to travel as much as possible and continue to dance.
