DragonRidge Country Club – Amanda + Derek – Las Vegas Wedding Videographers
Derek is a foreman for a construction company and Amanda is a collections assistant for a law firm. Derek and Amanda met at a hookah lounge in Las Vegas.
When asked what was the most memorable moment from the wedding, the couple shared this, “It’s so hard to choose the most memorable moment from our wedding day because everything was absolutely amazing. If we have to choose one, it would have to be the ceremony. There was so much time leading up to that one moment, and when it was finally there it was overwhelming. You’re constantly playing it back in your head wondering how things are going to come together. When we were finally up at the alter together, there was nothing we could think about other than each other. It was incredible. The best feeling in the world.!”
The couple shared their wedding vows at DragonRidge Country Club, and the reason they chose the venue was, Location location location! “There were some venues that were beautiful and could have done the job,but nothing compared to the class, elegance, and scenery that Dragonridge provided. The view of the strip, water wall, ceremony by the pool, finished dance floor, balcony, And above all the food was exquisite! Everything was first class! It was everything we looked for and absolutely everything we could imagine when we envisioned the perfect venue!
Memory Lane Video was introduced to the couple as they viewed videos posted on our blog from Dragonridge. “I must of watched that video more than 15 times and fell in love every time lol.” Amanda admitted.
Amanda also confessed, “Honestly, we didn’t think we were able to afford Memory Lane Video because of the quality and how expensive looks. However, we also wanted to spend most of our money on the important things such as cinematography. There were two other companies that we looked at prior to deciding that we would go with Memory Lane Video, once we met with Ricky, we knew Memory Lane was the company we wanted to go with. It just felt right and it was the company we wanted to shoot our special day right from the beginning. From start to finish memory lane was there for every single moment of our wedding. I don’t feel like we were cut short from anything! We felt like superstars! I think video is the number one most important thing to consider for anyone’s special day. Over time I think people tend to forget their wedding day, how important it was, and why they married their significant other. Of course you remember some moments here and there, but overtime things tend to be forgotten. I think it’s going to be nice 10 years from now when Derek and I come home from work. We settle in to relax, pop in our wedding video and go back to that special day when we decided to spend the rest of our lives with each other.”
