Canyon Gate Country Club – Alana + Tim – Las Vegas Wedding Videographers

Memory Lane Video brings you a story of two lovely people that have stepped into the path of their new journey together as husband and wife. Tim Russo, a current employee at a recruiting company, and Alana Werner being a 2nd grade teacher, had started out just as friends eventually blossoming into a romantic relationship together for the next 5 years.  History had taken its place in the future, creating their new beginning when they had gotten engaged and celebrated their 6 years together as husband and wife!

We had asked our newly weds what the most memorable moment of their wedding day was and we are full of smiles for this. “Taking our pictures on the balcony at night under the bistro lights, the sky had opened up and raindrops began to fall all around us! Our photographer, Imagine Studios, had us remain lip locked during the rainfall and the results were breathtaking. The frames look as if there were flurries of snow or twinkling stars that had fallen just for us for that very moment!” Shared Alana with a twinkle in her eyes. Which brings us to another treasure-able moment where they were so excited that they were not sure how to answer Father Marc’s questions and stating, “I will? I am? I do?” Laughed Alana and Tim, a moment you will have to see for yourselves on the video Memory Lane Video had captured for them to always cherish.

Sharing their favorite three details of their wedding happened to get a great response from these two lovebirds. “Our #3 was definitely the terrariums filled with the amazing arrangements by Enchanted Florist! They were absolutely beautiful. 2nd would have to be THE FOOD! Our coordinator Brittnee made sure that we got to eat everything!” Laughed Alana and Tim. “Our most favorite detail was the warmth and love that we received from all of our guests. We had been so blessed to share our special day with so many of our loved ones as some even flew to Las Vegas from a far to spend it with us!”

Memory Lane Video always likes to ask our newly weds to share some advice for future couples looking to be married and going through the process leading up to their special day. “We would have to save to be sure to prioritize and let the lesser items and details go.  We were most worried about the weather, planning on taking pictures at sunset and after dark, but we couldn’t have planned the way the sunlight pierced through the clouds and how it rained just for those few short minutes during our kiss on the balcony. That was a true blessing of a weather miracle. We also planned on having food coming out all night, so we had arranged to have  Kuma Snow come in as a live dessert table and added a few extra items to our cocktail hour. We knew food, music and open bar would elevate our guests experience so be sure to put your money where it will count the most for yourselves as well as your guests!” Shared Alana and Tim.

In choosing Canyon Gate County Club for their venue, “The location, stunning views and because of their chairs, we knew this was the place for us! It was literally 5 minutes from our church St. Joseph Husband of Mary, so moving from ceremony to reception was such a breeze!” Shared Alana.  “The view is what sold me!” Shared Tim, “Looking out from the balcony, you can see the mountains that surround our valley!” “The two-toned Chameleon chairs are what sold me!” Shared Alana, “they were stunning and sturdy that came included in the price. “

“We were very happy with all of our vendors as everyone had been such wonderful people. We found most of them at the Bridal Spectacular and through other vendor recommendations! At Paper & Home, they took great care of us and helped design out initiations the fit Tim’s clean, contemporary style and my sense of whimsy!” Smiled Alana. “Mad Batter Bakery made white chocolate glitter covered cherries getting-ready-treats for the girls.  They also made us Rainbow Cookies and a Rainbow Cookie cake, as well as a three-flavored cake! Everything was so tasty and delicious! Imagine Studios, put everyone at ease and took fantastic and artistic photos including our raindrop kiss photo that we will cherish forever! Our DJ from Knights Sounds kept our guests engaged and played some great music all night.”

Memory Lane Video was the absolute first vendor we chose before everything else even our venue! We did our research on them and found their name to literally pop up everywhere we would search!” Laughed Alana and Tim. “They had wedding video trailers with a blog post embedded which was really engaging to us. Their videos were beautifully shot, and set to great music. They were so awesome and helped me zip my dress up when I needed the extra hand.” Shared Tim and Alana with great excitement.

“In choosing video for our wedding as well, we wanted to capture our wedding day for us and for the people that were unable to attend. This way we can remember those in-between moments that may not have made it to our top three details and relive the happiest moments during our wedding day all over again and make the whole experience everlasting. Videography and food were the best two investments to us and we cannot wait to see our video from Memory Lane Video!” Shouted Alana and Tim with the biggest smiles on their faces!

Memory Lane Video always likes to know where our new married couple will be spending their honeymoon, “We went on a Caribbean cruise! It was such an amazingly wonderful and serene experience!” Shared Alana and Tim.

Memory Lane Video would like to send big congratulations to Alana and Tim on their new beginning as husband and wife in this journey through life together. We send to the both of your our best wishes and safest throughout your travels together and thank you for choosing Memory Lane Video to capture your everlasting day!
